Returns

• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Certain items, such as personalized products or items marked as “Final Sale,” cannot be returned or refunded.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required to process the return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note the following regarding refunds:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
• If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
• It may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability). If you wish to exchange for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following items:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
• Digital products or downloadable items

Defective or Damaged Items

Return Shipping

Late or Missing Refunds
